- another incident, which is not included in Levels II-IV, but is of environmental and/or safety relevance and/or is subject to obligatory reporting under the Water Protection Act.

- An incident that can be clearly perceived outside the Chemiepark Linz (which is not included in Levels II-IV) and is characterized primarily by

the Chemiepark (e.g. oil operations at the
cooling water outlet)
- the request for the emergency assistance of the
Linz Professional Fire Service
- An internal CPL warning may be required

- operations of the company fire services outside
the Chemiepark (e.g. oil operations at the
cooling water outlet)
- the request for the emergency assistance of the
Linz Professional Fire Service
